Welcome to Stash Collectables. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

We sell trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and related items. Product images, descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.

For sealed trading card products, contents are random and not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are correct. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an error, stock issue, suspected fraud, pricing mistake, or supplier issue.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change due to supplier or manufacturer delays. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped.

Shipping

We aim to pack and ship orders carefully. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by the postal service or courier are outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return and refund policy applies to all orders. Change-of-mind cancellations are only available within 1 hour of purchase through Shopify’s cancellation request feature or by emailing:

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Product Condition

We take care when handling and packing products. Minor external packaging imperfections may occur during manufacturing, supplier handling, or shipping and may not qualify as a fault unless the product itself is affected.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt fraud, interfere with our systems, or use our store for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stash Collectables is not liable for indirect loss, delays, loss of profits, or issues outside our reasonable control.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
