Return & Refund Policy
At Stash Collectables, we take pride in providing authentic trading cards and collectibles. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations & Change of Mind
We understand that mistakes can happen.
Customers may request to cancel their order or return it due to a change of mind within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

After the first hour has passed, we are unable to accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once your claim has been assessed and approved, you may choose either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit for the full purchase value.
Where stock is available, we may also offer a replacement product.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change-of-mind requests made more than 1 hour after purchase.
- Opened or used products.
- Sealed trading card products that have been opened.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging that do not affect the product inside.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.
After this period, cancellations are generally not accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to supplier or allocation issues, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to the remedies provided by law where products are faulty, unsafe, or do not match their description.
